WHAT

The Flourishing in Faith Conference is a gathering of women who are ready to move beyond survival mode and embrace the abundant life promised in John 10:10. It's a day of teaching, testimony, and testimony. Rooted in faith; wrapped in sisterhood.

WHY

Because too many of us are just getting by, spiritually stuck, emotionally drained, or questioning our next steps. This conference seeks to remind us that God never intended for us to live beneath our calling. It's time to stop settling. It's time to flourish.

WHO

Women who feel like they're starting over, navigating new chapters, unexpected detours, or simply seeking a fresh start. Those craving spiritual renewal, reconnection with God & themselves. Women searching for purpose, healing, or meaningful connection in a world that often leaves them feeling unseen.

Worship Sunday

Elder Loretta Cherise Grissom is one of God’s mighty weapons within the Body of Christ—a multifaceted servant, anointed preacher, psalmist, Minister of Dance, actress, writer, and motivational speaker. She counts it a privilege to use every gift entrusted to her for the glory of God. Answering God’s call with humility and bold obedience, Elder Grissom delivered her first sermon in 2013 and has since embraced each assignment—both locally and internationally—as an opportunity to advance the Gospel. Licensed as a Minister of Dance in 2009 and later licensed to preach in 2018 at Chapel Hill Missionary Baptist Church, she has faithfully served in diverse roles, including Worship and Arts Director, overseeing the Praise Team, Youth and Adult Choirs, and Dance Ministry. Today, she serves as Associate Minister of Children, Youth, and Women, continuing her passion for leading others into an authentic relationship with Christ. Her vision, I. Am H.E.R.: Healed, Empowered, Restored, reflects her life’s mission to help others live as true Kingdom representatives. She often declares, “You cannot heal what you do not acknowledge, teach what you do not know, or lead where you have not been.” Out of this passion and personal testimony, she is preparing to release her first children’s book, AJ’s Big Day, along with other forthcoming projects scheduled for publication by the end of 2025. An alumna of Atlanta Public Schools and graduate of Booker T. Washington High School, Elder Grissom has pursued academic excellence with distinction. She earned her Associate of Applied Science in Hospitality Management from Atlanta Technical College in 2018, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Industrial Organizational Psychology, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Southern New Hampshire University in 2021. In May 2025, she completed her Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership, and she is currently a second-year student in the Master of Divinity program at Mercer University’s McAfee School of Theology. Professionally, she serves as a Meeting & Events Coordinator for the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists and is the founder of The Experience Agency LLC, specializing in event coordination and curated hospitality. Above all, she is the devoted wife and “good thing” to Reverend Antonio T. Grissom, Pastor of Chapel Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Atlanta, and together they cherish their beautiful daughter Shalia, their miracle son AJ, and their youngest joy, Micah, affectionately known as Mr. Sweetface. Elder Grissom’s life is a living testimony of God’s grace, purpose, and power.

Meet the Speakers

MEET THE FOUNDER

Dr. Chantrise Sims Holliman is a speaker, writer, educator, and disability advocate known for her bold faith, authentic voice, and passion for helping women rebuild their lives through the lens of God’s grace. A bilateral amputee and full-time wheelchair user, she has turned personal tragedy into powerful testimony, using every setback as a setup for God’s glory. Dr. Holliman is the visionary behind the Living a Resurrected Life movement and the founder of the Flourishing in Faith Conference, a space created to inspire women to rise, rebuild, and walk fully in their God-given purpose.

a note from me:

This conference was born out of my own wilderness season. After a series of devastating health challenges and personal losses, I found myself asking, “Is this really the life I’m meant to live?”

What I heard from God was clear: “You’re not just surviving. You’re being prepared to flourish.”

Flourishing in Faith is a declaration, a reminder that even after heartbreak, hardship, or healing, we can still grow. We can still thrive. And we don’t have to do it alone.

This space is for every woman who has ever felt forgotten, overlooked, or stuck. It’s for those who are tired of just getting by and ready to embrace the abundant life God has already promised. I created this conference to remind you (and myself) that we are still called, still chosen, and still capable of blooming right where we are.

Let’s flourish together.
